The optional placements and weekends away offer you the chance to go a bit deeper perhaps with a retreat, to take part in overseas mission in Romania or by gaining invaluable experience by working alongside an evangelist here in the UK or Ireland. These options do have a cost to them as they aren't part of the core Xplore programme.
